The proposal includes sanctioning of already approved PA/4784/24 and PA/5118/23. The sanctioning refers to minor internal alterations and amendments to façade in approved PA/4784/24 and approved PA/5118/23. PA/4784/24 included alterations to the design of the projecting rooms and balconies at first to ninth floor level, and other minor alterations at basement- 1, ground floor and penthouse levels. PA/5118/23 included proposed demolition of existing building (Class 4D at basement level and ground floor level covered by PA/1578/21 and PA/6279/21 and Class 1 from first floor upwards covered by PA/6279/21) and proposed extension of 3 star BB hotel (Class 3B) (covered by PA/10116/17 and PA/2186/23). The proposed development includes 13 floors in total plus penthouse level and a reservoir located below level -3; 133 rooms for guests, gym at basement level -2, breakfast/dining and lounge area at levels-1 and ground floor, reception at ground floor, 2 pools at penthouse level, back of house on level-2 including substation and electrical room, plant room and spa, treatment facilities and indoor pool at level -3.
