To erect a steel structure on a reinforced concrete slab to form 4No. maintenance workshops for the maintenance of vehicles associated with airport activities and adjacent amenities fronting a pre-1967 structure including 3 garages (maintenance workshops related to aviation services) and a workshop (manufacture of parts and storage). To construct 8 parking bays including 1 parking bay for disabled motorists and access ramp. To install a 25,000L fuel (diesel) tank and dispenser on a reinforced concrete platform surrounded by and overspill gutter connected to oil/water separator tank. To construct a ground floor extension including 1 office and access stairs and lift to the proposed first floor extension including 4 offices and kitchenette. (total offices existing + proposed 7). To install solar panels at roof level. To construct an additional oil/water separator tank to collect wash water from the workshop activities. To construct an underground reservoir.
