This application proposal seeks; to change the use from a Class 4A office block (approved in PA/03631/18) to a Class 1 residential complex with an underlying approved Class 4B Retail Outlet, to extend the topmost existing floor, and to construct a new overlying receded residential floor. The total number of residential units will be 11 and a reconfiguration of the entrance and the underlying Class 4B retail outlet is also being proposed.
