Restoration works at Floriana Central Public Library, Class 2B, with ground-floor level bookstore, and first floor level offices, including the dismantling, restoration and reconstruction with same material of the internal stone masonry partitions and roofs with proposed foundations and alterations to openings to accommodate the proposed uses whilst retaining the same volumes, reconstruction of back facade rooms, replacement of all apertures, and restoration of facades and roofs of the pre-1968 building.
