Construction of petrol station with a different layout from that approved in permission PA/01882/21 consisting of refurbishment and redesign involving the following approved permit: Reconstruction of Class 4B retail outlet, Construction of attendant’s office, vulcaniser (Class5B),mechanic (Class 5B) and VRT (Class 5B) as amenity to existing petrol station; Replacement and relocation of car wash (Class 5B) and drying area (Class 5B); Changes to layout of petrol station involving relocation of dispensers, outdoor payment terminals (OPT), Totem Pole and parking provision; Replacement of gutter and oil/water separator and underground storage tanks and all necessary ancillary equipment; Replacement of canopy structure to cover forecourt area; Extension to existing petrol station by adjoining it to adjacent station to form one complex; Repositioning of LPG fixed point of sale including Autogas and ATM machine; Installation of electric charging station dispensers.
