To sanction; 1) internal and external alterations to the regatta club building, 2) installation of signage, down lighters and marble features on facades, 3) change of use of upper level and part of lower level from regatta club premises and boathouse to a restaurant Class 4D, 4) extension of building at the upper level, 5) services at roof level, 6)installation of a light weight retractable canopy over the outdoor area to accommodate catering facilities, 7) lpg gas tank and planters on pavement. Proposed screening around chimney pipe and roof services.
