To correct the location of site from that as approved in PA3947/96, to sanction the carrying out of internal alterations at ground floor, first and second floor levels and the change of use of parking at basement level into a Class 6A store (ancillary to upper level uses) and fixing of signs on facade. The proposal involves also to annex adjoining parking area at ground floor (same ownership), to demolish roof structures and part of lift room and to construct a receded floor level at third floor comprising of Class 4A offices and a service platform in the backyard.
