Proposed internal alterations to pre- 1968 dwelling including changes to the internal layout, replacement of first floor ceiling and changes to the materials and finishes to the facade. Proposal includes also the demolition of structures at second floor and proposed construction of structures at second floor forming part of the existing residential unit.
