Proposed excavation for two basement levels and construction of 25 no. underground garages, 4no. maisonettes and 1no. Class 4A unit at ground floor level, 15no. apartments at first, second and third floors and 3no. penthouses at receded fourth floor level. Proposed construction has a different layout to that approved in PA/01558/19, since it includes a larger site and an additional basement level. Development in PA/01558/19 has not been carried out.
