Proposed internal and external alterations to a newly constructed hotel extension covered by PA3327/21. The proposed alterations consist of; the extension of level -4 to create 3 additional bedrooms, the reconfiguration of level -3 which replaced the parking spaces with stores, a canteen and bathrooms, the sanctioning of level -2 and the reconfiguration of the parking spaces, the creation of a larger open plan at level -1 by shifting and eliminating internal walls, shifting of walls at level 0, the creation of a bathroom and staircase on levels 1 to 6 and at level 7, the change in position of the shallow pool, the creation of a kitchen and the addition of lightweight fixed canopies with overlying solar panels.
