Construction of 71 residential units over 4 floors and a receded floor to include maisonettes, apartments and penthouses, overlying underground garages with a different layout from that approved in permission PA/00242/20. Changes include amendments at basement level increasing the number of garages, ramp extension, shifting of reservoir and sub-station, amendments as per official alignment, modification to vents and stairwells, internal alterations, and to sanction excavation below the front garden and minor amendments in construction over part of the site from that already approved.
