To sanction alterations/additions to existing pre-1967 structures. Alterations/additions to be sanctioned pertain to the formation of paved walkways and the construction of domestic stores. The proposed works include the demolition of a post-1967 structure towards the front end of the site and the replacement of such structure with a garage. Furthermore, the proposal includes alterations and additions to existing pre-1967 structure and the proposed change of use from domestic stores to a residence (Class 1)
