Proposed part-change of use of existing farm from poultry unit as approved in PA/03517/14 to indoor agricultural use Class 7 agriculture (aquaponics), including the removal of a glasshouse as indicated in the drawings and silos ancillary to the poultry use, including the extension of existing stores which are to be ancillary to the Class 7 agricultural use, as well as the proposed extension of approved built structures in PA/00095/20. The proposal also includes relocation of approved offices from one structure to another, and a solar roof above built structures together with the installation of a security fence around the greenhouse perimeter.
