Proposed multi sensory park consisting of designated circular areas, made of both soft/hard/natural man made surfaces catering for universal users. The Formation of the necessary reservoirs underground, the relocation of five existing stables and paddocks on site to this newly proposed area, the removal of some tree species with eras consent, a proposed Class 4C kiosk with outdoor tables and chairs and umbrellas to cater for the needs of the users and replacement of a train track with a horse track for universal users. All being proposed as a state of the art multisensory park managed by the inspire foundation.
