Construction of a winery facility, spread over approximately 30,000sqm. Development to include the construction of a 190sqm above ground vernacular structure, and an underlying 1,000 sqm basement level. Proposal also includes approximately 20,000sqm of vineyard, and the planting of fruit trees over approximately 4,000sqm of soil. The proposed facility includes: vehicular circulation route around the vineyards for visitor access and heavy machinery, 13 parking spaces, cesspit, external goods lift and grapes unloading hatches.
