Proposed extension to an existing hotel to include 4 basement levels and 8 overlying floors. The new block shall be comprised of an additional 63 rooms, a Class 4B shop and 36 new parking spaces. The proposal shall also involve internal and external alterations to the existing hotel which include; the redesign of the facade facing Triq Dun Frangisk Sciberras, the addition of a shallow pool at roof level, the construction of an internal staircase and the enlargement of a few rooms overlooking Triq Sammy Bartolo.
