Rehabilitation of historic building, including internal and external alterations. Proposed alterations include removal of existing kitchen walls, construction of new lightweight roof over existing courtyard, and widening of existing entrance doorway and an existing living/dining doorway, and the dismantling and replacement of concrete ceilings with timber beams and stone slabs. The proposal includes the proposed repair of existing rubble walls, construction of new rubble walls and installation of timber fences and timber access gate. The proposal also includes the sanctioning of existing hard landscaping.
