Alterations to an existing Class 4B retail outlet consisting of internal alterations at the first floor and construction of an additional floor overlying the first floor to serve as ancillary stores including a proposed sign. Sanctioning of a wrought iron spiral staircase that was installed on the first floor to lead to the second, and part of the ceiling was removed to accommodate the spiral staircase. Sanctioning on the first floor of a wall was that was constructed to create a box room. Sanctioning of the facade that was rendered, was painted and the ground floor level zoccolatura was cladded with travertine marble.
