To sanction existing farmhouse as built from that approved in PA3997/18. Sanctioning includes slight shifting in position, and different elevations but keeping the same position of apertures, constructing a new lower basement level, constructing a pump room, and a longer agricultural store at the basement level, including a car lift between the basement level and lower basement level, lower the field adjacent to the farmhouse and construct new rubble walls, increase the area of beaten earth and to propose a new pool.
