To sanction variations in Class 3A Guesthouse approved in PA/1085/16 which include changes to the site configuration, internal layouts and facades. To demolish existing residential dwelling, garage and office and excavate site to necessary levels. Proposed construction of a Class 3B Hotel, Class 4B Shop, and Class 4D restaurant, and proposed change of use from Class 3A Guesthouse to Class 3B Hotel as an extension to the proposed Class 3B Hotel. Proposal also includes the construction of a pool at roof level and changes to the signage at the facade.
