Sanctioning include formation of new skylights over mill room at ground floor level and first floor level wc's, reconstruction of fallen part façade overlooking internal yard at first floor level, minor changes to staircase and formation of a 1m parapet overlooking internal yard. Proposed internal alterations include formation of new lightweight gypsum walls.
