To sanction differences from PA133/12 of existing common staircase and stairwell walls as built. To correct level of existing third floor slab that was erroneously drawn. Proposed works to include raising of new fourth floor and ceiling slabs thereby creating a small sunken area on the upper most roof to cater for services above; construction of lift shaft in yard, replacement of balconies and minor internal alterations.
