The proposal involves a change of use from Class 1 (as approved by permit PA/7641/22) to a Class 3A guesthouse comprising a total of 30 rooms. The development also includes internal and external alterations to the facade of the previously approved building (PA/7641/22), as well as the construction of three additional floors above the existing labeled block, which will be integrated into the proposed guesthouse. In addition, the proposal includes the construction of two further floors, resulting in a total of seven floors. A swimming pool and a breakfast area are also proposed at the sixth-floor level.
