Proposed rehabilitation of quarry including the redistribution of inert material to complement general topography of the land to accommodate the installation of photovoltaic panels in an organized configuration. Proposal also includes the construction of one substation, another four (4) underground substations, a 1.2m boundary wall and the installation of two (2) gates, a reservoir, a pump room, and general landscaping around the perimeter.
