To sanction room dimensions as built and other changes to approved PA/00247/11 which include: 1. The replacement of railing by a stone course in the front garden parapet wall; 2. The closing of the door from the dining/living area to bedroom 3; 3. Opening of a new door from the dining area into bedroom 3; 4. The opening of a window in the kitchen into the shaft; 5. The construction of a wall in the shaft to close off from the adjoining maisonette; 6. The closing of a door into a window in the dining/living area; 7. The opening of a door into the shaft from bedroom 2; 8. The open of the window of the bathroom into a door into the back yard; 9. The opening of the window in bedroom 1 into a door into the back yard; 10.The proposed opening of a window into a door from bedroom 2 into the back yard; 11. The proposed opening of a door in Bedroom 2 into the back yard, not covered by the canopy; 12. The placing of an aluminium canopy with polycarbonate sheeting over part of the backyard; and 13. The inward shifting of the pregnant railing for the windows on the façade to comply with policy G44 of DC15.
