To sanction changes to existing commercial property approved in virtue of PA/02387/02 and PA/05505/09 (renewed thru' PA/01306/15) and to propose additional floor for storage area at receded floor level. The changes proposed to sanction include minor alterations at all levels and the change of use at ground floor of approved Class 4B showroom into Car Showroom (Use not within a Use Class as per S.L.552.13) and the change of use at first floor from approved Wedding Hall (Use not within a Use Class) to Class 4B Showroom. Furthermore proposal is requesting removal of condition 1 imposed in PA/02599/01 stating that 'The basement store can only be used as part of the upper floors and not as an independent unit'.
