Proposed demolition of development as approved in virtue of PA/02852/14 which comprises of the following primary uses: Class 4B retail shop, Class 4A bank and offices and Class 4D food and beverage outlet. Excavation of site to cater for reservoirs, three basement levels (level -2, level -1 lower and level -1 upper) for the parking of private vehicles (consisting of 38 parking spaces and 130 garages) and ancillary facilities including one loading / unloading bay for the whole complex. Construction of 4 Class 4A office spaces and 15 Class 4B shops at ground floor; 2 terraced houses developed over two floors (ground and first) plus roof structures on the upper part of the scheme to the North and construction of 102 residential units from first floor to receded floor on the remaining part of the scheme over the commercial component. Proposal includes also ancillary spaces to the complex and pools within roofs.
