To carry out alterations and an extension to an existing pre-1967 terraced house. Works consist of the demolition of part on the side of Triq il-Karmnu and excavate to extend basement to form an indoor pool at basement level, reconstruction of garage, extensions at first floor on both streets to form new bedrooms and construction of another room at roof level. Proposal includes installation of pv panels, alterations and extensions of both facades and other internal alterations consisting of removal of partitions and shifting of doors.
