To sanction variations from approved permit PA1609/18. At basement level these consist of reduction of 1 independent parking space due to retention of 0.76m buffer to existing party wall and extension of the front garage beneath front garden, whilst retaining a 1.0m deep planter at 500mm above footpath level. At all other levels there are also minor internal layout changes, particularly the elimination of the study from the front combine room , the staggering of the back facade fronting the backyard and the retention of 1m balcony within the backyard statuary depth at penthouse level. There is also the inclusion of a domestic store above the sanitary facilities at penthouse level. The domestic store does not extend beyond the 1m high parapet wall above penthouse roof.
