Demolition of the ex-Jerma Palace Hotel, excavation of site and construction of a mixed use resort consisting of 155 Residential Units (Class 1), Tourism Accommodation (Class 3b) consisting of 258 Serviced Apartments and a 134 Room 5 Star Hotel, Retail (Class 4B) and Food & Beverage outlets (Class 4C and Class 4D), a below grade shopping mall (Class 4B) , 570 Parking spaces, and 13,600sqm of open space available to the general public. The proposal consists of the construction of a two storey basement below the landscaped public plaza and two eight storey blocks above the plaza, extensive landscaping works, repairs and changes to the existing coastal defenses and the construction of a swimming pool on the existing concrete platform below the project.
