Correction of site configuration, approved through permit PA/5571/96, to reflect the latest survey and sanctioning as built. Proposed construction of two additional floors, a full floor at third floor level and receded floor at fourth floor level, to be used as workshops (Class 5A) and office space. Proposed construction of rear extensions at first and second floor levels, to be used as workshops (Class 5A). Proposal also includes the construction of a lift and changes to internal layouts at all levels, including: removal of internal walls; construction of new partitions; changes in slab levels; and alterations to doorways.
