Change of use from a disused cow farm to a sheep/goats farm with all ancillary facilities. Proposed replacing of dangerous slab with same material, replacing and repair to galvanized steel roof. Proposal includes excavation and construction of underground reservoir as well as internal alterations which includes construction of internal walls and formation of new apertures. Part demolition of existing farm is included also in the proposal.
