Renewal of PA490/18 - Internal demolition of walls in the existing kitchen and sanitary facilities so that the area is converted into one space to be utilised as a living area and kitchen/dining room. New sanitary facilities at first floor level are being proposed. The existing room at roof level shall be demolished in view of the bad state of the concrete ceiling and including the walls. The room shall be reconstructed and extended. A new stairwell shall be added to the residence. On the facade the existing balcony shall be removed and replaced with a railing. The window shall also be altered, reducing its size.
