Change of proposed plans and extension to one of the 2 units approved in PA 03472/13. This proposal includes some already effected changes to the internal layout done under PA03472/13 that covered the whole site. This proposal seeks to create a large internal courtyard and the proposed shifting of the back elevation to align to that of the extended adjacent building already approved in PA03707/14. Proposal also seeks to relocate the approved swimming pool in the back garden area and as was approved for adjacent PA03707/14 (currently a rationalisation area). Other minor changes to the external landscaping and internal layouts is also proposed in a way to harmonise the visual effect of the two adjacent buildings into one and as was originally done in approved PA3472/13 .
